At the workshop, AXA Engineers shared and introduced the AXA Engineers Kaizen System to our members, highlighting the incredible value this system can bring. For the success of any endeavor or thing, all elements of the right time, right place, and people must come together, and this is also true for the Kaizen system. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm of AXA Engineers members for this new system, as it will be a place where they can freely express their unique, creative ideas for growth.
