挑戦的な第一歩

2016年にAXA Engineersが正式に設立されたとき、私たちは若くて情熱的なエンジニアの小さなグループでした。最初の数日間は、クライアントを見つけて財政難を克服することから、チームを結成してワークフローを完成させることまで、数え切れないほどの課題に直面したため、決して楽ではありませんでした。

競争が激しい市場では、新しく設立された企業の地位を主張することは容易ではありません。私たちは、自分たちの能力と独自性を証明するために、絶え間ない努力をしなければなりませんでした。小さなプロジェクトから始めて、私たちはサービスの質とクライアントへの献身を通じて徐々に評判を築きました。

スタートアップにとって財務は常に大きな問題であり、AXA Engineersも例外ではありませんでした。私たちは、事業を維持し、成長するために厳しい時期を経験しました。さらに、人材を引き付けて維持することも大きな課題でした。しかし、これらの困難こそが、私たちが自分自身をよりよく理解し、適応し、突破するのを助けたのです。私たちは、財務を効果的に管理する方法を学び、機会に満ちた前向きな職場でまとまりのある献身的なチームを構築しました。

Looking back on our journey, AXA Engineers can’t help but feel proud and emotional. It’s a journey that started with hardships and challenges, but through sheer effort, brave hearts, and dreams of a brighter future, we have continually moved forward, facing challenges to grow and break through for a common ideal: “Bringing the knowledge and skills of Vietnamese engineers to conquer worldwide clients.”

One of the wonderful things about AXA Engineers is that we do not lack the enthusiasm and burning passion of youth. We believe that “challenges are opportunities,” and we dare to face them, change ourselves to grow better, and break through with every step we take. We are not only AXA Engineers’s engineers, but we also represent the image of Vietnamese engineers. Therefore, continuous effort and learning help us elevate our own value, create more opportunities to demonstrate the talent of Vietnamese engineers, and contribute to bringing more job opportunities back to our homeland, Vietnam.

There’s a great saying: “It’s not important what you do, but how you do it.” The challenges and difficulties have helped us realize who we are, what we need to do, and how we need to change. We understand that excellent professional skills, meticulousness, dedication in every drawing, and an open mindset are the strongest foundations for AXA Engineers to grow stronger and reach further in our vision.

Additionally, we have made significant improvements and changes in our corporate culture and systems. AXA Engineers aims to build a happy enterprise where everyone can pursue their passion, have ample opportunities for learning and growth, and where every effort and contribution is recognized and appreciated. Every member can live and work in an environment full of kindness and love. This is also one of the foundations that helps us have a united team, striving together to create sustainable value.

We understand that, to move further on the road ahead, we need not only to hone our professional knowledge but, more importantly, to have determination, mutual effort, and companionship toward a common goal and ideal.

AXA Engineers deeply appreciates and values every effort and endeavor of its members. AXA Engineers knows how hard the AXA Engineers family members have worked, how they have tried, and how they have faced and overcome challenges. AXA Engineers wants to send the most sincere and profound thanks to our members and teammates because we have always been there for each other, always striving for one another, and always dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly. It is because of our members that AXA Engineers is growing stronger day by day.

8周年を祝う

To commemorate this important and memorable milestone, the AXA Engineers family organized a short trip to have some fun together and enjoy a cozy party. This was not only an opportunity for us to rest and relax, but also strengthen our unity and understanding of each other. We also had the chance to reminisce about the beautiful memories from the past 8 years, sharing stories and moments we’ve experienced together.

A touching moment during the event was when AXA Engineers listened to the heartfelt sentiments from members about AXA Engineers, as well as their congratulations and determination to strive together for future goals.

AXA Engineers also wants to thank each member for their sincere feelings and contributions to AXA Engineers. We have witnessed each other’s growth over the years, always being there for one another during every event. We hope to continue accompanying and striving together on the next journey, achieving new accomplishments side by side.

Eight years have passed, but AXA Engineers’s journey continues. We are constantly improving every day to bring as many development opportunities as possible to our members, as well as delivering greater value to our clients and the community.

AXA Engineers knows that the path to future growth and breakthroughs will present many challenges. However, with the passionate hearts of youth and a desire to bring the knowledge and talent of Vietnamese engineers to conquer clients worldwide, we will relentlessly strive to create new advancements and sustainable value.
